He specialises in commercial and residential property, advising developers, high net worth individuals, and businesses on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, commercial contracts, refinancing, and providing independent legal advice to guarantors.

Dave has worked in private practice since qualification, including several years in the City at a top 60 law firm, and brings extensive experience in complex property and commercial transactions to the firm.
