Innocent is a Conveyancing Executive and Team Leader in the Residential Property Department. He holds an LLB (Hons) and has over 10 years experience in residential conveyancing, having worked for an established firm in London as well as a number of firms across England and Wales.

Innocent advises on a wide range of residential property matters, including new build, leasehold, freehold and share of freehold transactions. His experience also includes sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership acquisitions, assents and transfers of equity, equity release matters, lease extensions and variations, unregistered land and first registrations, Right to Buy and Help to Buy transactions, buy-to-let matters, auction sales and purchases, and title rectifications.

He is committed to providing a high standard of client care and acts for clients at all stages of the property process, including first-time buyers, home movers and property investors. Innocent focuses on progressing matters efficiently while ensuring clients’ best interests are protected throughout the transaction.
