Tanweer is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in Immigration & Public law, and he qualified in October 2022. He graduated with a LLB from the University of Buckingham and later completed a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law at King’s College London, and his LPC from the University of Westminster. Tanweer is also an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s IAAS scheme.

Tanweer has experience in all aspects of private immigration work and has a specific focus on Judicial Review challenges against the SSHD and the Home Office before the Upper Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber) and the High Court (Administrative Court Division).
