Shoaib is a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Department and qualified in 2025. He studied Law (LLB Hons) at Hull University, graduating in 2018, and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Masters at BPP University in 2019.

He has several years of residential conveyancing experience and specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of title and equity, remortgages, matrimonial transfers, shared ownership leases, and Right-to-Buy council house purchases.

Shoaib is known for his client-focused approach and clear communication, ensuring that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. He combines enthusiasm for conveyancing with a strong background in customer care to deliver a high standard of service to all clients.
