Tamara is a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Department and has extensive experience in residential conveyancing since 2006. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021.

Tamara began her career as a paralegal at a solicitor’s firm in Derby while balancing full-time work and family commitments. She has since established a strong reputation within the residential conveyancing sector and has held the position of Head of Department.

She is experienced in a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership properties, new build transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy purchases.
