Usamah is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law, as well as complex litigation matters. He qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

He completed his Law degree (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Hertfordshire, and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University. Usamah advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and has significant experience handling complex litigation, providing practical, clear, and client-focused guidance throughout.
