Zafar qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and has over 12 years’ post-qualification experience practising exclusively in both private and business immigration and asylum law. He has previously held the position of Head of Immigration at two large immigration practices.

Zafar is accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Senior Caseworker and Supervisor. His practice covers all aspects of immigration law, with particular expertise in resolving complex immigration matters for individuals and businesses, including judicial review applications. He advises on family and partner matters, EEA nationals, human rights, asylum, citizenship, and deportation. While primarily advising individuals, he also provides guidance to investors, entrepreneurs, and employers.
