Shoaib studied Law LLB (Hons) at Hull University in 2018. He then moved onto complete the Legal Practice Course with Masters at BPP University Holborn in 2019.

He has several years of residential conveyancing experience. He specialises in all aspects of residential property conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of titles and equity, re-mortgages, matrimonial transfers, shared ownership leases and right-to-buy council house purchases.

Shoaib shows an enthusiasm and passion for conveyancing and enjoys putting the pieces of the conveyancing puzzle together. With a strong professional background in customer care, Shoaib is known for his approachable and client-focused manner; always goes over and above to ensure that transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
