I can highly recommend the Greystone Solicitors team, as they are extremely professional and very patient with clients. The whole company was so helpful during our complicated property selling but I would like to highlight Marnie Torrance’s name, who is such a great and professional paralegal. Every time I had a question, she was picking up the phone or was sending the answer via email with a very positive attitude even if the situation was complicated or felt difficult to solve. Absolute 5 stars for the company and would again chose Greystone Solicitors in future!

Dear Rhasul,

Thank you very much for providing such a great service for my Flat purchase. The quality of service, quick responses and attention to detail was something of a true professional. Leasehold flats can take a long time to complete, however you really went that extra mile to get me the purchase in time for this stamp duty relief.

It's not often that the seller is so impressed that they mention to provide the solicitors details for the next time!

Dear zafar

You wrote a very good story but unfortunately that’s not true and I m sorry to clarify this
I came to you by reference
I told you all the financial details and provided all documents
You checked all documents and then proceed to application process
It was clearly your fault that u started and submitted application without the proper financial 100 percent documents which were required for the visa application
Once you submitted application on home office website then u realised that these are not right documents
Then u called me and put all blame on me that I did into provided you right documents
And I said there several times that it was your duty to check the documents
Because that’s for u were paid
But I was getting funny explanations from you
So I had no other choice and I had to withdraw application waisting one month and losing 270 pounds in international transactions and refund

It was total my loss of time and money
So please be professional next time and don’t waste others money and time

Firstly, unsurprisingly visa paperwork is a very stressful and complex process, however from the moment I chose Greystone Solicitors and went via the owner Zafar with my case I was met with clear and coherent communication, friendly faces and an excellent service. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Greystone Solicitors. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed by friendly staff who instantly put me at ease. My solicitor listened to my problem and acted accordingly. He advised me about the process and explained in detail of the steps I needed to take. He was open about fees, of which are cheaper than other firms I looked at, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge and the confidence with which he tackled my case with. I got the exact result I wanted and I could not be happier. By far the best firm in Luton.
