Biography

Leah is a Consultant Solicitor with over a decade of experience in private practice, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013. She has worked across a range of legal disciplines throughout her career, gaining experience within high street, regional and national law firms.

Leah has particular experience in advising individuals and businesses on data protection and GDPR matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice to help clients understand and comply with their legal obligations. Her work includes advising on data protection policies, privacy notices, data retention, data subject access requests and data breach matters.

Alongside her data protection practice, Leah has experience in Private Client matters, including Wills, LPA’s, Probate, Tax and Trusts. She takes a clear and approachable approach to legal advice, ensuring that clients understand their options and receive practical guidance tailored to their individual circumstances.

Leah is committed to providing accessible, straightforward legal advice and prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients. She brings a wealth of experience and a practical understanding of the issues faced by individuals and businesses, helping clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

Leah is also the author of BabySteps: A Guide to Maternity Leave & Maternity Pay and has written and presented training material on a range of legal and compliance topics.
