David is a consultant solicitor with 26 years’ post-qualification experience specialising in commercial and residential property including acting for developers and high net worth individuals in addition to dealing with the acquisition and disposal of businesses, leases (both the giving and taking of the same), commercial contracts, refinancing and the provision of independent legal advice to guarantors.

David has worked in private practice since qualifying as a solicitor in 1996 and worked in the City for a top 60 law practice for several years.
