Biography

Alice’s focus and passion is immigration and asylum law. She has been working in this area since 2002 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.

She has since 2010 been accredited by the Law Society as an Immigration Law Advanced Caseworker, one of a very few immigration practitioners in England and Wales to hold this level of qualification.

Alice handles a considerably varied caseload, delving in all aspects of immigration law from the seemingly straightforward to resolving the most intricate of cases such as obtaining injunctions as well as cases relating to victims of torture, trafficking and domestic violence.

She has well over a decade experience appearing in Advocacy before the Tribunal. Alice also regularly prepares grounds for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Her experience extends to handling judicial review, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and ECHR cases.
